Keith Bayliss 
Keith Bayliss is the principle of Propertytransact, he has over 30 years' experience in the property industry.

As a senior executive for one of Melbourne's largest property developers he developed a strong understanding of all aspects of the development and management process.

Keith is also a non-executive director on the board of one of Victoria's largest community housing providers with assets in excess of 1 billion dollars and also chairs their Property Committee.

He is a member of the Australian Property Institute. the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Licensed Estate Agent.
